Jayashree Srinivasan
Jayashree Srinivasan is a Regulatory Specialist with the World Bank Group working on regulatory assessment of business climate in order to facilitate private sector development. She is the Task Team Lead for the project on Global dataset for Building Energy Efficiency Code and Standards - which measures coverage, stringency, compliance and enforcement of building energy codes around the world. She also the Business Location topic of the Business Ready Project, which measures the built environment, land administration and environmental permitting. She has extensive experience in indicators development, regulatory reforms advisory and knowledge management. She holds a master’s degree in Community Resource Management and Extension from Delhi University in India.

Enrique Orellana Tamez
Enrique Orellana joined the Global Indicators Group in May of 2017. He currently works on the Utility Services topic of Business Ready project, focusing on digital infrastructure, as well as on the Building Energy Efficiency Codes and Standards Global Dataset’ project funded by the Knowledge for Change program. Previously Enrique worked on the Dealing with Construction Permits indicator of the Doing Business project as well as in the Digital Business Indicators initiative and was based in the WBG’s Malaysia country office. Prior joining the World Bank he worked at the Interamerican Development Bank producing research on regulatory enablers for infrastructure and private sector development. Enrique holds a master’s degree in International Business and Commerce from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico. Enrique is fluent in Spanish and French and is conversant in Portuguese.

Victoria Chiseliov
Victoria Chiseliov has contributed to the Leveraging Building Energy Codes and Standards for Climate Change Mitigation project, funded by the Knowledge for Change Program, particularly in the areas of data collection and analysis. Currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Economics at Ghent University, Victoria's research is focused on energy economics, specifically residential electricity flexibility, having previously obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and completed her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona.

Trang (Trixie) Doan
Trang (Trixie) Doan joined the Global Indicators Group in October 2023. She currently works on the ‘Building Energy Efficiency Codes and Standards Global Dataset’ project, funded by the Knowledge for Change program, as well as on the Utility Services topic of Business Ready. Trixie holds a bachelor's degree in business from Foreign Trade University in Vietnam and a master's degree in project management from The George Washington University. Her research interests include Climate Data Analytics, Sustainable Urban Ecosystems, and Green Constructions.

Camille Guittonneau
Camille Guittonneau joined the Global Indicators Group in September 2023. She currently works on the ‘Building Energy Efficiency Codes and Standards Global Dataset’ project, funded by the Knowledge for Change program. Camille holds a Master of Science in Engineering from CentraleSupélec (Université Paris-Saclay) with a major in Energy Engineering.
