The KWPF emphasizes the transfer of Korean development knowledge and expertise to low- and middle-income countries.  All KWPF grants are required to have a Korean Knowledge Partner Institution.

The KWPF Program Management Team has prepared a K-Partner Directory to match task teams at the World Bank with partner institutions in Korea, and is currently in the process of updating that Directory.

For over ten years, the KWPF has partnered with a wide array of Korean institutions.
