IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT (posted December 3, 2024)

Members of the retiree medical insurance plan (RMIP), who are eligible and enrolled in Medicare Part B, are required to report their premium information through the pension portal to receive their reimbursement.

 

Retirees with higher incomes may be affected by the Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amount (IRMAA), an additional amount paid for the Medicare Part B premium. If IRMAA applies, retirees may now request reimbursement of the additional amount by submitting the request through the pension portal.

 Members of the retiree medical insurance plan (RMIP) who are enrolled under Medicare/IRMAA and paying premium are required to submit Medicare/IRMAA premium reimbursement request through pension portal.

 

If the enrollment date is prior to Jan 1, 2025, submit the request by sending an email to HR Operations (hroperations@worldbank.org)
