For Appointee - ETT and ETC Appointments

This page lists the important policies and information regarding extended-term temporary (ETT) and extended-term consultant (ETC) appointments.

Before signing his/her Letter of Appointment (LOA), a new appointee is required to read:

  • Staff Rule 3.00 - 3.06:
  • Administrative Manual Statements:
    The appointee must obtain a copy of Administrative Manual Statements from the administrator contact listed in the LOA:
    • (available only if connected to the Bank's intranet)
    • (available only if connected to the Bank's intranet)

  • The appointee must review this document to understand visa and work authorization implications if his/her spouse or domestic partner is currently working in the U.S. with an H1 visa or other non-immigrant visa with work authorization.

By signing the LOA, the appointee acknowledges that s/he has received, read, understood, and accepted the documents listed above.

The new appointee must fill the with required supporting documents. HR Operations will update the appointee¡¯s insurance information on the first day that s/he reports for duty.
