Mizuki Yamanaka is a Senior Statistician in the World Bank’s Development Data Group. He works on international comparisons of economic performance and data quality issues, given his expertise and experience in data analysis and data quality control through international statistical initiatives, such as the International Comparison Program and national accounts data compilation for the World Development Indicators. Mizuki also provides technical assistance to regional agencies and national statistical offices worldwide for capacity building on behalf of the department.
He holds a master’s degree from Columbia University.
