Radi Anguelova is the World Bank Group Vice President of Human Resources. As a human resources executive with three decades of international leadership, Radi manages the World Bank Group’s unit and teams that attract, develop, and support the institution’s global workforce operating out of more than 140 offices worldwide.

Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Radi was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Swarovski and a member of the Swarovski Executive Committee. There, she built effective organizational structures and drove culture transformation to achieve organizational health, sustainable growth, and create business value. She also brings extensive experience from her previous roles with IBM, the Coca-Cola Company, and Ecolab.

During her career, Radi has lived and worked in eight countries on four continents and has a proven record of building effective organizational capabilities and pipelines of local leaders with global skills and mindsets. In addition, she is an active coach and mentor, and has devoted time to mentoring refugee women, enabling their integration in their new host country and preparing them to enter the labor market.

Radi is a Bulgarian national and has a master's degree in Psychology from Sofia University and a post-graduate diploma in Social Psychology from Oxford University.
