The Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Multi-donor Trust Fund was established in 2015 to scale-up access to quality early childhood interventions and improve outcomes for young children by supporting World Bank teams and countries to develop programs, policies and research to improve Early Childhood Development (ECD) around the world. In July 2022 it was associated to the FLC.
