In Uruguay, a transformative collaboration created new approach to use concessional funding to incentivize long-term, ambitious climate goals, setting a global precedent. Meanwhile, in Brazil, a US$500 million project is leveraging sustainability-linked finance to catalyze emission reductions and mobilize private capital, charting a course for nature-based solutions. In Chile, the WB approved the first project to promote green hydrogen production investments, helping to mobilize other multilateral development partners to build a $1 billion Green Hydrogen Facility
