- Consultant, Subnational Business Ready
Ema Bani膰, a Croatian national, joined the team in 2023 as a consultant in the Utility Services topic of the Business Ready project, focusing on the electricity, water, and internet indicators. Prior to this role, Bani膰 gained valuable experience during her four-year tenure at the World Bank Croatia Country Office, where she supported projects related to the public sector wage-setting mechanism, the pension system, public procurement, and sustainable development. Bani膰 has extensive experience in business development and operations, particularly within the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure sector. She currently works at Electrip Global as Sales and Business Development Executive, focusing on expanding their EV charging infrastructure network through strategic partnerships. Bani膰 holds a master鈥檚 degree in analysis and business planning and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Zagreb. She speaks Croatian, French, and Spanish.
