About the Voice Secondment Program
Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Group Voice Secondment Program (VSP) was initiated in 2004 by the Executive Directors (EDs) of the World Bank Group (WBG) to promote capacity-building of government officials from client countries in WBG-operational policies, procedures and instruments, and to strengthen the dialogue between the capitals and WBG operational teams as well as with EDs¡¯ offices. Some alumni of the VSP have gone on to occupy key government positions in their respective home countries as well as in various international organizations.
