In collaboration with Cambodia's Ministry of Environment (MoE) and potentially other ministries and agencies; the World Bank is seeking a consultant to assess the barriers to the participation of Cambodia in the crediting markets; including domestic voluntary carbon markets and the Article 6 markets. The activities aim to help Cambodia achieve its carbon neutrality goals; foster economic growth; and ensure alignment with environment sustainability. Additionally; this effort will also support the underdeveloped Cambodia Climate Change Strategic Plan 2024-2033 and their updated NDC commitments.
