The general objective of the assignment is to assist the World Bank and Armenian Government in cyber maturity assessment of the telecommunications sector to review the key sectoral actors¡¯ cybersecurity maturity and identify gaps and main areas of improvement in which the government might strategically invest to enhance the sectoral cybersecurity maturity.The consultant is expected to employ the 2023 Sectoral Cybersecurity Maturity Model (SCMM); V1.0 as a methodical framework to conduct the assessment.
