The Ministry of Civil Aviation (¡°MoCA¡±) of Egypt (¡°the Client¡±) wishes to introduce private sector participation (¡°PSP¡±) in the operations and expansion of 11 Egyptian airports  (¡°the Program¡±). The Program aims to transform the country¡¯s airport infrastructure by engaging the private sector in the development; operation; and management of selected airports. IFC seeks to procure a Technical consultant to support IFC and MoCA with all technical and climate aspects throughout the implementation of this Program.
