The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training aims to develop training modules and materials based on BPDLH documentation to support M&E training of implementing partners and staff involved in BPDLH projects. The objectives of the M&E training are as follows:1. Improve the capacity of stakeholders and training participants to manage; monitor; and evaluate projects effectively; ensuring that interventions align with project and institutional objectives; and desired outcomes. 2. Develop effective; easily understood and accessible varied training materials to support M&E training to a range of participants.3. Develop standardized training modules; materials; and formats to harmonize monitoring and evaluation efforts across projects and programs at the IEF.4. Ensure training materials integrate the IEF¡¯s Theory of Change (ToC) framework and focus on the entire project life cycle.
