The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development hereinafter referred to as “WBG” invites interested parties to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for a Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution for its Ethics and Internal Justice Services. This RFI is issued for the purpose of obtaining information concerning market conditions and vendor capability in order to allow the World Bank Group to refine its requirements and to better understand what is currently available on the commercial marketplace. 

The RFI may be obtained by sending an email to the designated Category Manager, referencing the following information:
